Owner-operator, Nikki, has more than 10 years' experience and operates a team of 15 staff. All of our staff members have at least 2-5 years' experience in the cleaning industry and have undertaken thorough training to ensure every property we clean is left spick and span.

Do I need to provide cleaning equipment or products?

No, we'll bring our own cleaning products and equipment to your site. All of our cleaners are equipped with kits that feature chemicals and equipment that are suited to all of our services. If you would like us to use a specific product, just let us know and leave it out for our team to use.
How long does a bond clean take?

The duration of this service greatly depends on the condition and size of the property. For a normal 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom house, a thorough end of lease clean can take anywhere between 8-12 hours to clean.
What if I am not satisfied with the clean?

We take pride in our customer satisfaction, which is why, although we don't imagine you will have any problems with our service, we will rectify issues quickly and efficiently, should they arise. Our team provides a high level of communication before we complete any work to ensure you are never dissatisfied.
Do I have to be at the property when your cleaners are onsite?

It's totally up to you. We do prefer not being disturbed while conducting our services to ensure we provide the best service and attention to detail. However, we understand that you may feel more comfortable being onsite. If you do choose for us to conduct the service while you are out, our cleaners can call you when they're about to finish so that you can take a look at the finished product and have us go over anything you are dissatisfied with on the spot.
