General Policy
The management at Kristal Kleen recognise that the safety and welfare of our employees is our primary concern. We are committed to providing and maintaining a working environment that minimises risk to health and safety of those in the workplace.
We have a responsibility to:
- Provide & maintain equipment
- Maintain a safe system of work that is without risk to health
- Sustain the workplace in a safe & healthy condition

- Provide training for all employees to ensure they work in a safe & healthy environment
- Make & monitor practices for safe use, handling, storage and transport of equipment & chemicals used

Manager
Our management will assess any workplace hazards and will implement the appropriate procedures to keep the site safe. We also utilise personal protective equipment where needed for injury prevention and safety. Incident report forms are available and will be completed should the situation require it.
Employees
All of our employees adhere to occupational health and safety regulations. They also follow the correct procedures for hazardous chemical usage. Our cleaning procedures are constantly updated, and our staff have continuous on the job training to keep up-to-date. Site specific inductions are provided where applicable. We also ensure that first aid is available at all sites.
